more good luck...

This post is a tad overdue, in December I entered a giveaway on
Maria Killam's blog, Colour Me Happy, and I won!
A beautiful lucite tray from Tara Wilson Designs here.
Thank you again Tara for the generous gift, I couldn't enjoy it more!
I always love supporting women entrepreneurs, Tara left her job as an executive to
raise her children and started her company in 2010.

I've had so much fun styling it and moving it from place to place.
You may have noticed. :)
Trays are undeniably a must have accessory, they make styling easy and everything
you put on them looks prettier - even the remotes!

Some of my favorite vignettes and uses for a lucite tray...

a console in your entry...

meredith & gwyneth, the new yorkie
coralling makeup ...

a guest room ...
 Pinterest via Carina Lin
craft and desk organization...
 martha stewart
on a nightstand...

the glitter guide
coffee table...

styling made simple...

And mine...

The mat is included, I simply had a photo enlarged at Kinkos.  I can also picture using
a sentimental old black and white photo. Whimsical polka dots and gold plastic mesh
were the other ideas I've used...so far!

My coffee table at Christmas, vignette in dining room, coffee table for Valentine's Day

Tara's tray has two pieces of lucite, the top and bottom attach with magnets, allowing
a customized photo (or anything else, if you like to be creative) to easily be inserted
between them. Obviously, I've had fun trying different ideas.

It would be a lovely gift for a wedding, or Mother or Father's Day,
especially with a sentimental photo.

HEY GIRL - I'd love a lucite tray for Father's Day!
